Using the service
Print Your Checks provides tools to create, manage, preview, download, and email check PDFs. You are responsible for entering accurate bank account, payee, amount, date, and memo information. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Check accuracy
You should review every check before issuing, downloading, printing, or emailing it. The platform can help format check data, but you remain responsible for confirming the final check is correct.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, unauthorized payments, illegal activity, attempts to access another user account, interference with the platform, or any use that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
Print Your Checks and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Evolving Cyber LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the check data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely to provide the service.
Plans and billing
Some features may require a paid plan. Subscription limits, billing terms, and renewals follow the plan information shown during checkout and in your billing area.
Refund and cancellation policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for operations, security, compliance, or product development. We will try to provide notice of material changes where reasonable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Your Checks and Evolving Cyber LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
